Based on the applications we receive, we get an initial overview and look at whether your qualifications and skills match the advertised position.

3. Job interview
In a virtual initial meeting with you, the department and the People & Culture team, we get to know each other better. The exchange in a pleasant atmosphere is particularly important to us and offers the ideal space to answer all questions.

4. Trial
After the introductory interview, you will have the opportunity to take a closer look at the department, your future colleagues, the subject areas and your workplace.

5. Decision
If you are convinced by us and we are convinced by you, we'll get down to business and discuss all the details of our future collaboration.
