Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will make the product organization commercially sharp and evidence-led by creating a single, trusted view of product performance across commercial, customer, and operational dimensions. You will support Product Managers and Commercial Leads by owning controlling, contracts, and purchasing, ensuring decisions are grounded in accurate KPIs and strong market benchmarks—without being the decision owner yourself. A key part of your impact will be setting up and governing AI-driven analytics that deliver fast, continuous, and reliable insights.
KPI Framework & Performance Insight
Operate the product KPI framework defined by the Product Manager — commercial (customers, contracts, churn, revenue), customer-value (activation, adoption, retention) and operational (uptime, incidents) — as one connected view.
Produce accurate, timely performance reporting and make it available to the Product Manager and Commercial Leads for decision-making.
Run competitive and market benchmarking, keeping it current so product decisions are made against an up-to-date external picture.
Governance of AI Monitoring Agents
Configure, supervise and quality-assure the AI agents that monitor commercial, customer and operational data on an ongoing basis.
Validate agent outputs, set the thresholds and alerts that surface issues early, and ensure the underlying data is trustworthy.
Continuously improve instrumentation and automation so insight arrives earlier and with less manual effort.
Commercial Control, Contracts & Purchasing
Own the day-to-day commercial controlling of the product — cost tracking, budget adherence and margin visibility.
Manage product-related contracts, licensing and purchasing, ensuring value, compliance and timely renewal.
Flag commercial risks and opportunities to the Product Manager and Commercial Leads with the evidence to act on them.
Collaboration & Support
Act as the analytical partner to the Product Manager, turning questions into decision-ready evidence quickly.
Support regional Commercial Leads with the data and controlling they need for local pricing, bundles and promotions — without owning their commercial systems.
Coordinate with finance, delivery and compliance counterparts to keep one consistent commercial picture across regions.
Requirements
You bring strong experience in commercial controlling, including product P&L, pricing, and subscription or renewal models.
You are confident working with data, defining KPIs, building frameworks, and interpreting funnel, churn, and revenue metrics.
You have experience managing contracts, licensing, and purchasing in a product or technology environment.
You take pride in accuracy and base your work on reliable data and evidence.
You are motivated by enabling Product Managers and Commercial Leads to make faster, better-informed decisions.
You continuously look for ways to improve through better tracking, automation, and earlier insights.
You turn complex commercial and operational data into clear, decision-ready insights.

You set up and oversee AI-driven analytics, ensuring outputs are accurate, relevant, and trustworthy.
